Over the past 25 years, Wayne has spent thousands of hours in the kitchen, on the grill and BBQ pit perfecting his cooking techniques and broadening his culinary horizons.
This year, Wayne put his skills to the test on Fox TV's MasterChef where he not only earned a coveted white apron and the approval of Gordon Ramsay, he went on to finish as a semi-finalist racking up more wins than any other contestant.
